Our goal is to provide our customers with high-quality education and services. To ensure that we can continue to deliver the best possible experience to all of our students, we require a non-refundable deposit of $199 (which is the initial monthly payment).

Once you have paid the deposit, the remaining can be paid in monthly installments of $199. If you need to cancel your enrollment before the first day of class, you may do so and receive a refund of any amount paid beyond the non-refundable deposit. If you cancel after the first day of class, no refund will be given.

If you are unable to attend a class for which you have registered, no make-up will be given.

In the event that we cancel a class, you will be notified as soon as possible, and a make-up class date will be supplied.

Digital products, such as the online vocal program, bonus vocal warm-ups and the private access portal are not refundable since these are non-tangible. Other digital products that are offered at a promotional rate for a limited time are not eligible for a refund. Once your refund request has been approved, you will lose access to the membership site and its materials including and any applicable discount availed during the purchase.

Exceptions to this refund policy may be made in extenuating circumstances, such as a serious illness or a death in the family. In such cases, please contact us as soon as possible to discuss your options.

By enrolling in one of our classes or bootcamps, you acknowledge and agree to this refund policy.
